Keep to the right when the mission starts. Stealth kill the first guard, and then walk as far right as you can go. You'll be told to keep to the shadows made by the big towers. From the shadows, snipe the guy on the roof (if you have something with a scope. I reccommend the M4A1 SD). Now, put your team on 'FIRE AT WILL.' Kill the patrol as quickly as possible. Make sure that you watch for security cameras in the first few rooms that you enter. There is one in the first or second room, and there is one on the entrance to the main dam complex. Shoot them to destroy them but don't let them see you.
